Courtenay L. Bass

Courtenay L. Bass is a 1982 cum laude graduate of Baylor University School of Law. She also received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor magna cum laude. She is currently admitted to practice in the State of Texas and in the Northern and Eastern District Courts as well as in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Courtenay left her commercial litigation practice in 1989 to become one of Dallas’ first full time mediators. Since that time, Courtenay has mediated over 3500 cases, focusing on complex personal injury, wrongful death, labor and employment, commercial disputes, construction and professional malpractice.
